Our pricing is based on the engagement and ranges from one-time placement fees to a subscription model for ongoing hiring needs. Your Paro Solutions Consultant will discuss the pricing options with you when reviewing your hiring needs.
We stand by the quality of the candidates we recruit. If your new hire quits or is let go within 90 days, we will provide you with one free replacement candidate, provided they did not leave due to performance issues. Our expectation is that performance fit will be thoroughly assessed during the interview process.
